This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which InstaCard (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) processes cancellations and refunds for subscriptions and services purchased through www.instacard.in.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Plans
InstaCard offers digital business card services through various subscription plans.
- All plans are billed as per the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
- Subscription benefits remain active until the end of the billing period.
3. Cancellation Policy
A. User-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and cancelling via dashboard (if available), or
- Emailing us at contact@instacard.in
Cancellation will:
- Stop automatic renewal (if applicable).
- Not affect access until the current billing period ends.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing cycle.
B. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms & Conditions are violated
- Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected
- False or misleading information is provided
In such cases, refunds will be at our sole discretion.
4. Refund Policy
A. General Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except under the conditions mentioned below.
B. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered if:
- Duplicate payment was made
- Incorrect billing occurred due to technical error
- Payment was deducted but service was not activated
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. No Refund in the Following Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Violation of platform policies
7. Plan Modifications
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features. Any changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
