- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected
Services & Usage
You agree to use Insta Card only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Share misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system
- Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
Digital Cards Content
Users are fully responsible for the content they upload including personal details, business information, products, services, and media. Insta Card is not responsible for user-generated content.
Third-Party Disclaimer
Any person who accesses, views, or interacts with a digital card, link, QR code, or NFC shared via Insta Card does so at their own discretion.
Insta Card is not responsible or liable for:
- Any actions taken by visitors after viewing a digital card
- Any communication, transaction, or deal between users and third parties
- Any misuse of shared links, QR codes, or NFC cards
- Any loss, damage, fraud, or disputes arising from such interactions
Users are solely responsible for how they use their digital card.
07. Payments
Paid features require a subscription. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
08. Coupons
Coupons have expiry and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or cancel them.
09. Refunds
All payments made are non-refundable.
10. Service Availability
We aim for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation. Features may change anytime.
11. NFC & QR Usage
Users are responsible for proper NFC card usage and correct link configurations. We are not liable for misuse.
13. Limitation of Liability
Insta Card is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or misuse of content. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
