1. Agreement to Terms

By registering, accessing, or subscribing to InstaCard.in ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Service Description

InstaCard.in is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides 100% digital business cards, personalized subdomains/URLs (e.g., instacard.in/@username), digital QR codes, contact exchange tools, product showcase catalogs, and visitor lead capture management.

Note: InstaCard provides purely digital software services. We do not manufacture, issue, or ship physical plastic or metal NFC cards.

3. Subscription & Billing

• The standard InstaCard Pro plan is priced at ₹299/year (Flat) unless an approved promotional or referral discount applies.
• Subscriptions provide active access for twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of payment confirmation.
• All payments are securely processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via RBI-authorized payment gateways, including Cashfree Payments.

4. User Account & Content Guidelines

You agree to provide accurate registration information, including a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You shall not upload, display, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates Indian laws and regulations.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because InstaCard delivers immediate digital activation upon payment confirmation, refund requests are assessed under our fair use policy:

• If a technical defect prevents your digital card from functioning and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase.
• Refund requests must be directed to support@instacard.in with transaction details.
• Approved refunds are credited back to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 business days via our payment gateway partner.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform name, logo, software code, UI design, and branding are the exclusive property of InstaCard.in. You retain ownership of personal or business text, media, and contact details you publish on your card.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstaCard.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or unauthorized access to third-party devices.
