1. No Refund Policy
"All payments made to Insta Card are strictly non-refundable."
2. Subscription Services
Access to features is granted immediately after successful payment. Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchasing. Subscription validity is based on the selected plan duration.
3. Payment Failures
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by your payment provider (bank, UPI, or gateway). Insta Card is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund for the current billing period.
5. Coupon & Discounts
Coupons and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash. Insta Card reserves the right to modify or cancel offers at any time.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Any person who accesses, views, or interacts with your digital card, link, QR code, or NFC does so at their own discretion and risk. Insta Card is not responsible or liable for:
- Actions taken by visitors after using a digital card
- Communication or transactions between users and third parties
- Misuse of shared links, QR codes, or NFC cards
- Loss, fraud, disputes, or damages from such interactions
7. Service Availability
While we aim for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous platform availability. Temporary downtime does not qualify for refunds.
8. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated policy.
